The microchip CE/ED system injected 50 pl volumes of sample, which corresponded to mass detection limits on the order of 200 amol.
For instance, −60 dB of misalignment is obtained through the proposed approach with around 12,520 operations per sample, which corresponds to almost 86% of complexity reduction.
