As a data mining tool for molecular expression studies, SysNet has been successfully used to indicate and investigate elemental level correlations in plant samples and the dependency of elemental levels on the concentration of iron in growth medium.
As reported in Table 2, in the male sample emotional dependency presented the lowest value in the first class (18 24) but reached a very high value, significantly above the average mean (3.87), in the fourth class (39 45).
Finally, we selected a sample sentence to illustrate the dependency parsing, and results are shown in Figures 3 and 4. The C&C dependency graph appears in Figure 3, whereas the Stanford dependency graph appears in Figure 4.
Age was employed as a covariate in consideration of both the wide age range of the sample, the possible age-dependency of structural findings in autism [e.g., [ 27]], and preliminary examination of age correlations with the hypothesized regions of interest (see below).
