Among genes that have sustained coexpression relationships in both the untreated and letrozole-treated tumor samples, the connectivity patterns were conserved, indicating that the nature of the relationships between these genes does not change in the presence of the drug.
Then, we drew 5,000 samples from the connectivity distribution for each voxel in the ROI and calculated the connection probability of each voxel.
We also tested the rapamycin response signature on other samples in the Connectivity Map that had available treatment data on rapamycin as well as other drugs.
