Sample setup: "What's the difference between a microwave and a gay guy?" (Trust me, you don't want to know the punch line).
Given a sample setup for calculations, 60% of students were able to determine the correct answer despite the 10-wk lapse between the course and completing the assessment.
For the purposes of this investigation, however, the broad sensitivity and the consistently high concentrations of AllBac in various fecal sources make this marker a suitable choice as a measure for the total intestinal Bacteroidetes population in a sample setup consisting exclusively of fecal samples.
