The median percentage of probe sets displaying a CNA for a sample was higher in IBCs (3.7%, range 0.01 14%) than in nIBCs (1.9%, range 0.01 26%; p = 6.1.E 253, Fisher's exact test), even if a great variability between samples existed for both types.
