The device used the Polyjet 3D printing technique (Barclift and Williams 2012; Lifton et al. 2014) for the heterogeneous sample construction.

We remark that MCRF-ODT and RF-CART used the out-of-bag samples (the out of the bootstrap samples) during the forest construction for finding the parameters (with (p'=1,000), (epsilon =0), (mathrm{min}_mathrm{obj}=2) and (t=200)), corresponding to the best experimental results.

Although the RRL principle is highly promising for generating population genomic SNP data, current protocols must be improved so as to i) facilitate library construction for individual samples, and most importantly, ii) maximize the number of homologous fragments generated during library construction.
The core module, preferably based on complete enumeration, will cover a limited range of key data required by national policy-makers and for sample frame construction.
