Some feasibility issues to be considered for large epidemiologic studies in hospital settings in Africa include the number of PrCa patients that are seen on an annual basis, potential delays in recruitment of patients, and the infrastructure for processing and long term storage of blood/ serum samples, communication issues, and challenges with abstracting data from medical charts.
