When the rats were treated with the same antidiarrhoeal single dose of S. boulardii, no increase in citrulline level was observed.
We assume that in the initial campaign the percentage of the population covered at each of the three doses is the same and that after 5, 10, and 15 years, the same percentage of the population (all ages), but not necessarily the same individuals, receives a single dose.
