Noticing Salience Effort Expectancy Value.

One recent model of attention behavior, NSEEV (noticing – salience, effort, expectancy, value; Steelman, McCarley, & Wickens, 2011; Wickens et al., 2009), can provide a useful theoretical basis for the current work on change detection.
