The SAD window size and the disparity range required by the stereo matching algorithm were adapted to the resolution.
BLOCK and NOMD both use the same SAD window size in order to prevent this difference from influencing the comparison.
The run time does not depend on the SAD window size because the matching cost calculation utilises the fact that the neighboring windows overlap and thus it is implemented efficiently to add and subtract only the window differences.
