According to Pakistan Microfinance Network, microfinance activity is performed by 11 Microfinance Banks (MFBs), 11 Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), 5 Rural Support Programs (RSPs) in Pakistan.
We have studied the subcellular localization of DV1 E and RSPs in the HeLa-prME cell line.
Previous studies had reported the production of DV RSPs in which the glycoproteins were mutated either to avoid host cell fusion or to delete the ER retention signal.
Thus, our observations indicate that expression of prM and E DV1 envelope proteins induces the formation of RSPs in an ER-derived compartment.
As expected, a number of genes involved in the secretory pathway resulted in reduced release of RSPs in the cell supernatant, whereas other factors were associated with an opposite effect.
Some genes whose down-regulation enhanced levels of DV RSPs in the supernatant are involved in endocytosis, such as the three dynamins which show a 2 to 4 fold increase in dengue RSPs secretion.

The repeat unit of Rsp-like is larger than canonical Rsp: Rsp-like is ~160 bp in the simulans clade and 173 bp in D. erecta, whereas canonical Rsp in D. melanogaster is ~120 bp.
My analyses suggest that Rsp repeat family evolution is highly dynamic, and are consistent with the rapid evolution of Rsp in D. melanogaster, where it is a target of meiotic drive.
Although the Rsp satellite has not been described outside of D. melanogaster [ 9, 24, 25], I found repeats similar to Rsp in each species of the simulans clade, and in D. erecta and D. yakuba (hereon referred to as Rsp-like; [ 23], Additional file 1: Table S3).
The mean concentration of respirable suspended particles (RSP) in homes that use biomass fuels had variation depending on the type of kitchen and fuel used: 500-2000 μg/m3 in kitchens of India [ 28], 1200 μg/m3 in Mozambique [ 29], 850-1560 μGuatemalauatemala [ 16], and 1400 μg/m3 in Kenya [ 30].
We observed that targeting of 23 genes resulted in significant reduction of DV1 RSPs amounts in supernatants whereas targeting of 22 other genes induced a significant increase.
