The resulting seasonally flooded vegetation can roughly be differentiated into the nutrient-rich and highly productive white-water floodplains (várzea) and the nutrient-poor and less productive black-water or clear-water floodplains (igapó) (Fig. 2; Sioli, 1954; Prance, 1979).
They were reduced in number and disorganised in Sec13-depleted retinas when compared to control samples but they still differentiated roughly in the correct location and developed axons to generate attempts of an optic nerve.
While roughly half of poorly differentiated, high-grade type I tumours exhibit TP53 mutations, low-grade tumours rarely display TP53 mutations, suggesting that loss of function of the p53 tumour suppressor protein is a late event in the progression of type I disease (Lax et al, 2000).
In brief, most cell types have differentiated and migrated roughly to their mature location by the first postnatal week, except for GCs which undergo a long period of neurogenesis in a transient cell layer, the external GC layer that extends into the third postnatal week in rodents [ 3].
On the other hand, Honecker et al. (2004) reported the presence of proliferation in roughly equal numbers of undifferentiated and differentiated GC after 26 weeks of gestation in human pregnancy.
Roughly, its territory divides into 3 well differentiated regions: A coastal region running along the Pacific Ocean; the most densely populated central plateau, covering 85percentt of the territory; and the northerly mountain ranges.
At low oxygen the population structure is roughly regenerated by stem cells and by differentiated cells within about 1 day.
To assess the effects of RNAi gene knockdown in fully differentiated adult muscle, animals were first roughly age-synchronized at the L1 larval stage as previously described (20).
Neks were found in nearly every genome sampled, and the numbers of Neks we identified roughly correlates with whether the organism has non-terminally differentiated ciliated cells (Figure 1).
