"rotating order" is a correct and commonly used phrase in written English.
It refers to a sequence or arrangement that continually changes or rotates, rather than remaining in a fixed or static order. Example: In order to ensure a fair distribution of tasks, we will implement a rotating order for assigning responsibilities. This means that each team member will take turns being responsible for different tasks every week.
