In a country as poor as Afghanistan, reconstruction also requires international investors, experts and technicians to travel into the countryside where the work of building schools, roads, waterworks and power plants has to be done.
This leads to the continuous degradation and destruction of houses, buildings and of the roads, waterworks and sewerage infrastructure in several districts of the town.
We use it everyday in the form of roads, waterworks, energy grids and communication systems and barely notice.
