The phrase "rich table" is grammatically correct and can be used in written English.
It is typically used to describe a table that is luxurious, expensive, or opulent in some way. Here is an example sentence: "The wealthy socialite hosted a lavish dinner party with a rich table adorned with fine china, crystal glasses, and silver cutlery."
