155 hips were available for evaluation, including clinical and radiological outcome. 1 stem was revised for a periprosthetic fracture following trauma; 10 cups and 2 modular necks were revised (1 for breakage and 1 during cup revision).
2 of these patients with intraoperative complications had a reoperation for removal of internal fixation devices and they were later revised (1 for aseptic cup loosening and 1 for deep infection; see "Revisions").
