Sections were dewaxed in histoclear (Agar Scientific), rehydrated, incubated in 4% hydrogen peroxide for 10 mins, washed in dH20, antigen retrieved by pressure cooking on high in 0.1 M Citric acid pH 6.0 for 7 min and washed in dH2O [61].
