This Cu2O/RGO/Ni(OH)2 nanocomposite exhibits superior capacitive performance: high capability (3969.3 mF cm−2 at 30 mA cm−2, i.e., 923.1 F g−1 at 7.0 A g−1), excellent cycling stability (92.4% retention even after 4,000 cycles, for RGO/Ni(OH 2/NF, 92.3% after 1,000 cycles), and good rate capacitance (50.3% capacity remaining at 200 mA cm−2).
It also possesses 95.6% capacitance retention even after 10 000 cycles.
