Restaurants under 200 waitlist parties can use the app for free, while those with more have to step into NoWait's premium pricing plans, which start at $59/month, and include features like text-based marketing, message customization, and other core features like the floor maps, multiple device sync, daily analytics emails, and more.
On the merchant side, restaurant staffers will have a Waitlist app, which is an HTML5-based web app.
First, the company said it partnered with and made an investment in Nowait, a mobile platform that allows restaurants to manage their waitlists.

There are a lot of companies in the restaurant management space, including NoWait, OpenTable's ERB, Livebookings, Timeview, Tableista, DinerConnection, WaitList Manager, TurnStar, Table's Ready, BuzzTable, and Urbanspoon's Rezbook, to name just a few.
Yelp says that the waitlist system had already been integrated into Yelp, allowing restaurants to share their real-time availability with Yelp users.
