(a) Triplets showing differential responses between homeologs can be clustered into 12 clusters based on homeologs responsive patterns.
The responsive patterns of SmGA20ox3v and SmGA2ox11v1 were similar to SmGA20ox3 (Fig. 4g– 4i) and SmGA2ox11 (Fig. 9ab– 9ad), respectively.
Gene expression changes were selected where at least one fold change was greater than 2. Grouping of gene expression data into similarly responsive patterns was done using Treeview and CLUSTER software [18], freely available from the Eisen lab (http://www.eisenlab.org/eisen/).
If this is the case, specialist assemblages can be identified to indicate this responsive pattern.
While the dose responsive pattern of the number of gene expression was similar for the compounds examined (Figure 4), there was a large difference in the total number affected by the chemicals (Figure 5).
Higher scores indicate a higher quality (more adaptive and mutually responsive) pattern of interaction between mother and child.
Still other sites, including the single site in uncoordinated-13 and shab site 6, display a different temperature responsive pattern in the hypomorph compared to the control.
Thus, the treatment of ECM-attached cells with external cytotoxic stimuli is likely to show a modulated responsive pattern in comparison with artificial substrates, that is, polystyrene (Meredith et al, 1993; Giancotti and Ruoslahti, 1999).
There is, however, evidence that the adoption of an open and responsive pattern of couple communication after cancer is associated with lower levels of distress and higher levels of marital satisfaction [ 85, 86], as well as effective emotion and problem focused coping [ 87], associated with relationship closeness [ 88, 89].
Each XE however, shows unique temporal and dose-responsive patterns, possibly due to the differential involvement of companion signaling pathways.
As shown in the clustering profile, many of the same genes were observed in the two dose-responsive patterns after treatment with EEDS and helveticoside.
