A new release of the software interface introduced additional response time improvements.
In particular, we have observed up to 40% improvement in hit ratio, 70% improvement in response time, 60% improvement in freshness and 25% improvement in traffic handling capacity of a network with caches.
Secondary endpoints included ACR50 and ACR70 responses at week 16; improvement in ACR20, ACR50, and ACR70 responses over time; improvement in numeric index of ACR response (ACR-N); improvement in Disease Activity Score using 28 joints (DAS28); and improvement in Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ) disability scores.
Finally, when performing comparative performance testing, we found out that our broker-based architecture offers significant performance improvements in terms of response time (92.8% improvement) and incurred network load (77.3% improvement), when compared to a distributed broker-less architecture.
