Respondents also demand fuller information for patients, including them being shown photographs of the bruising and scarring that can occur, and more detail on the risks associated with surgery.
Among respondents who demand for groundwater protection, as a monthly household income increases 100,000 VND, each resident is willing to contribute 890 VND more for the groundwater protection project.
For these respondents, institutional demand and the challenges of implementation were the primary issues to be faced.
Respondents also demanded a "data revolution" to increase access to up to date, disaggregated and reliable information to get a more timely idea of development progress and to hold leaders to account for their policies.
