At 2 WAH, weedy rice continued to produce more biomass at the highest N rate, but Drew did not respond substantially to added N. Weedy rice had more culm biomass (55% of total) than Drew (48%).
While some subjects demonstrate a robust increase in aerobic capacity, others seem not to respond substantially at all [ 8, 10, 11].
This massive devaluation would not lead to an export boom (as many commentators have suggested) because there is no export sector to speak of -- indeed despite the large decline in labor costs over the past 5 years exports are still not responding substantially, and the credit crunch resulting from the collapse of the banking system would not allow for any new investment.
As shown, in Fig. 1B, the Vα2+ cells responded substantially better than their Vα2− counterparts.

Although in the past the production of IFN-γ was considered to be mostly confined to the CD56bright NK cell population [ 6], our findings show that both populations responded substantially and to similar extents to IL-12 stimulation in terms of IFN-γ production.
