Finally, in respect of length of stay in the ICU on the day of the AASTRE, in Hospital 1 there was a significant predominance of patients whose length of stay was less than seven days (54%), the rest of the periods considered were significantly more prevalent in Hospital 2 except the period of ≥21 days, which was virtually identical in both hospitals.
