At 48 h, the intracellular CdS is little (Fig. 3f), and the CdS in extracellular resolution are observed in large population (Fig. 4).
Prolonged leg edema (6 months) with spontaneous resolution was observed in a patient with a large propeller flap covering an Achilles tendon allograft and disappeared in 6 months with the use of compressive stockings, and good functional and aesthetic result was obtained (Fig. 1e, f).
In media containing AHL, resolution was observed in 23% of wild-type bacteria recovered from motility agar, 2.5% of wild-type bacteria recovered from broth, and from 0.6% of bacteria grown on solid agar.
The highest species resolution was observed in the combination matK+atpF atpH+psbK psbI (proposed by Ki-Joong Kim, School of Life Sciences and Biotechnology, Korea University, Seoul, Korea; see [20]), in which 69% of species were resolved and the lowest resolution (61%) was obtained from the combination rpoB+rpoC1+matK (proposed by Chase et al. [9]).
At a median follow-up of 9 months, complete cyst resolution was observed in 11 patients, and partial resolution in 2 patients.
– Symptomatic control is very high with the medical treatment strategy and spontaneous resolution is observed in more than one third of patients.
One case of acute rhabdomyolysis with slow resolution was observed in a 68-year-old male patient (Ceresoli et al, 2006; Ceribelli et al, 2006).
A recent treatment trial of glycolic acid in HIV-positive children in Botswana showed a trend toward flattening and color normalization in flat warts, although complete resolution was observed in only 10% of patients.
For dilatation of 10 mm, spontaneous resolution is observed in nearly 35% of cases, and for dilatation less than 10 mm, resorption occurs in nearly 50%to80%0% of cases [ 37, 38].
In the PEG-only group, faecaloma resolution was observed in 5 children on the second day and in 2 children on the third day, while in the PEG-EL group resolution was achieved in 2 children on the second day, 3 children on the third day and 1 child on the fifth day.
