Yes, many people with anxiety are reserved, stressed and aloof.
Stress testing is recommended in order to detect myocardial ischemia [ 2], but the role of the myocardial functional reserve during stress remains undervalued even if it provides important information in some situations such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or hypothyroidism [ 3, 4].
In order to measure coronary flow reserve, a stress SPECT scan is needed.
These include a vascular hypothesis; a neurochemical hypothesis; cognitive reserve hypothesis; stress hypothesis; and functional hypothesis.
