Herein, we briefly review the functions of IFN‐γ, the cells that produce it, the cell extrinsic signals that induce its production and influence the differentiation of naïve T cells into IFN‐γ‐producing effector T cells, and the signaling pathways and transcription factors that facilitate, induce, or repress production of this cytokine.
Another report demonstrates that miR-23 facilitates OL development by negatively regulating lamin B1 (LMNB1), a protein found to repress production of MBP, proteolipid protein 1 (PLP), and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) [19].
However, our results suggest that the inability of a sarA mutant to repress production of specific extracellular proteins, including nuclease and multiple proteases, play a particularly important role in that regard.
These results demonstrate that the inability of a sarA mutant to repress production of extracellular nuclease and multiple proteases have independent but cumulative effects that make a significant contribution to the biofilm-deficient phenotype of an S. aureus sarA mutant.
This observation, together with recent reports demonstrating that extracellular DNA (eDNA) contributes to S. aureus biofilm formation [34], [35], suggest that the inability to repress production of extracellular nuclease may also contribute to the biofilm-deficient phenotype of a sarA mutant.
If differentiation of CD4+ T cells occurred early after priming, peripheral CD4+ T cells would be restricted with binary options, being able to turn on or repress production of only a restricted subset of cytokines [ 5].

Contemporary reports suggested that it was no Potemkin clean-up job towns such as Vang Vieng reinvented themselves as destinations for a different type of visitor. The government's efforts at repressing production were augmented happily by a simultaneous explosion in poppy growth in Afghanistan.
We therefore posit that a silent chromatin state, maintained by DDM1 and associated with CG methylation, represses production of IGS precursor RNAs that give rise to siRNAs directing DNA methylation.
For instance, sarA represses production of many S. aureus exoproteins including nuclease and multiple proteases [33], [36] while the accessory gene regulator (agr) has the opposite effect [25], [40].
No production of R2 or R3 from P2 now occurs, and degradation of R2 allows production of R4 from P6. R3 is maintained from P5. Stage 4. The input is applied again, activating production of R1 and R4 from P1. R4 prevents transcription from P2. R1 represses production of R3 from P5, allowing production of R1 from P3. Stage 1.
The active regulator in turn either activates or inhibits the production of E and T:
