However, the bootstrap support values are weak (50%), suggesting that these groupings are unreliable and could change as sequences from closely related phages and representative hosts become available.
To confirm the host-adapted nature of the selected phylotype II strains, we initially conducted pathogenicity assays under tropical conditions using tomato, potato, banana (Musa), melon (Cucumis) and Anthurium as representative hosts.
