To determine whether oral exposure to BPA can interfere with the erbB and associated signaling pathways, we performed targeted immunoblot analysis using mammary glands from 112-day-old MMTV-erbB2 mice exposed to representative doses of BPA.
The representative dose distribution of a RapidArc plan is shown in Figure 2. Radiation therapy for head and neck cancer can be problematic owing to the anatomy of this region, forasmuch as these tumors are generally adjacent to the critical organs where limiting dose irradiation is necessary.
In order to give some idea of representative dose rates during the periods of the greatest exposure, Table 1 presents average annual dose rates up to the time at which an individual received half of their total cumulative dose.
Figure 2 illustrates how the optimal cell expansion technology changes across a matrix of demands and lot sizes for four different doses (10 10 cells/dose); the doses are representative of the range of doses reported for allogeneic cell therapy treatments in Table I. Figure 2e shows the required number of lots necessary to meet the demand, for each combination of demand and lot size.
The effects of tepoxalin and its metabolite were studied at three concentrations (1 × 10-5, 1 × 10-6 and 1 × 10-7 M), which have previously been reported to be representative of doses expected to be reached in the human joint during therapy [ 22].
The onset and duration of clinical signs induced by representative H9N2 isolate Ck/HB/4/08 at a dose of 106 EID50 were as follows.
A. Representative MTT analysis at an antibody dose of 2 μg/ml and the indicated doses of curcumin.
A single dose of dexamethasone, a representative steroid, was applied either locally or systemically in a P-DEX preparation with the primary goal of reducing TMJ inflammation.

In addition, DRI > 1 is representative of favorable dose reduction, while DRI < 1 is representative of unfavorable dose reduction [ 27].
All nanoparticle suspensions were instilled at concentrations of 1 μg/μl and 2.5 μg/μl, representative of an estimated "therapeutic dose" and a concentrated "dose" of particles.
