The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that it had received not a single report of combatants or civilians killed by fighting in any areas covered by the truce.
"The US government takes seriously all credible reports of non-combatant deaths and injuries.
"Furthermore, in the event of allegations, we take all reports of non-combatant casualties seriously and assess all incidents as thoroughly as possible".
Ned Price, the National Security Council's chief spokesman, told the Guardian that the administration took seriously all credible reports of non-combatant deaths and was also committed to being as open as possible about its counter-terrorism operations.
The bill also requires that the report include the definitions of combatants and civilian noncombatants used.
Adam Schiff (D-CA) -- a member of the House Intelligence Committee -- and Walter Jones (R-NC) -- a member of the House Armed Services Committee -- have introduced legislation, the Targeted Lethal Force Transparency Act, to require an annual report on the number of combatants and civilians killed or injured annually by U.S. drone strikes.
A statement from the coalition forces in Afghanistan said several militants were killed in the airstrike, which was ordered after the forces received intelligence reports of a large gathering of combatants in Deh Bala.
"These reports include the murder of the wives of combatants, women and girls held in slavery".

An independent assessment of the US-led air campaign by monitoring group Airwars has identified several reports of more than 750 non-combatants killed, although because of the multinational nature of the campaign it is often difficult to establish which nations carried out problematic strikes.
