ARS questions Three times a week 165 students "Check in" with students to see if they are correctly interpreting content or ask students to report their understanding of worksheet questions just completed.
The clinician begins the discussion by asking family members to report their understanding of a situation (e.g., the patient's condition and prognosis), including what they have been told by other clinicians, and by asking permission to continue with the discussion.
The mathematicians then viewed the groupings while having their brains scanned, and were asked to judge whether a formula appeared "ugly", "neutral" or "beautiful" to them.A few days after the scanning, participants reported their level of understanding for each formula on a scale from 0 (none) to 3 (profound).
However, the first cardiovascular (CV) safety trials have only recently reported their results, and our understanding of these therapies remains incomplete.
The questionnaire provided in Additional file 3, used a combination of 3 point (eg. 'Yes, Not sure, No'), 4 point ('no it did not - > yes') and 5-point Likert scale questions to enable students to report their perceived understanding, confidence and learning of technical and diagnostic skills in the vLAB and the real lab environments.
The first week of the semester, during presurveys, more than half of the class reported that their understanding of what constitutes plagiarism was good (54%), whereas almost a third indicated that their understanding was very good (32%), only 13% reported a fair understanding, and 1% reported a poor understanding of plagiarism.
This was a small scale evaluation study based on a convenience sample that relied on students' self-reporting their levels of understanding.
Table 5 shows that approximately half of all providers surveyed report having a written job description, while almost all respondents reported understanding their roles.
Specifically interviews revealed that GPs who were aware of the implementation of the prompts reported understanding their purpose and feeling confident in using them if they chose to.
