The DNA sequences for the six sequenced P. larvae phages were downloaded from GenBank using reported accession numbers [ 21, 22].
While P. maxima isoforms for shematrin have already been reported (accession: B1Q4VA) all the ESTs presented here, except PM274, are novel isoforms.
