The phrase "report intention" is correct and usable in written English
It is commonly used to describe a person or organization's plan or promise to provide a written report on a certain matter. For example, "The company announced its report intention to release an internal audit by the end of the quarter."

Although we sometimes report intention as a propositional attitude—'I intend that p' such reports can always be recast as 'intending to…' as when I intend to bring about that p. By contrast, it is difficult to rephrase such mundane expressions as 'I intend to walk home' in propositional terms.
