The novelist Michael Cunningham has written two articles for the New Yorker in which he recalls – at tedious, repetitive length – the delights and discomforts attendant upon judging this year's Pulitzer prize for fiction.
The non-crystallisable amide segments are based on an amorphous polyamide: poly m-xylylene isopoly m-xylylened the repetisophthalamidex) of the andde segmentheas varepetitive1 to 10. Phase separation in these PEEA's occurred by length–liquid demixing when the length (x) of the non-crystamideable amide segment was higher than 2 (x>2).

This allowed direct sampling of genes from the genome with a probability being a function of the non-coding non-repetitive length of the gene locus.
The ability to map sequence reads uniquely to the correct location is dependent on a number of factors such as the complexity of the reference data (highly polymorphic or repetitive regions), length of the sequence reads, error rates of the reads, and the diversity of the individual organism compared to the reference [23], [48].
Normally, tandem repeats are classified according to the repetitive motifs length in microsatellites, minisatellites, and macrosatellites.
Several variants with repetitive domain length polymorphism were also observed in LMW-GS genes [ 31].
While the exact causes of excessive variability in a specific repeat tract remain an open question, several features are generally agreed to contribute to high variability of repetitive sequences: length (i.e., number of repeats), purity (i.e., number of interruptions to the repetitive pattern) and sequence (i.e., the nucleotide sequence being repeated) [ 7, 8].
Many of the current technologies, including Illumina MiSeq, Ion Torrent and 454 GS FLX+ Titanium give read lengths in the region of 100 1000 base pairs, which compared with repetitive sequence lengths commonly found in bacteria of 5 7 Kb [ 44], is insufficient to create a single closed sequence without manual finishing, which can be costly and time-consuming.
Finally, approximate entropy, or ApEn(m,r,N), is defined as the natural logarithm of the relative prevalence of repetitive patterns of length m as compared with those of length m + 1: ApEn(m,r,N) = Fm(r) - Fm+1(r) Thus, ApEn(m,r,N) measures the logarithmic frequency that similar runs (within the filter r) of length m also remain similar when the length of the run is increased by 1.
There were 46.9% repetitive sequences with length from 2 to 10 bp, and their combined length was 12.4 Mb.
This must be a non-repetitive loop because any repetitive loop of length 2 k consists of an even number of repetitions of the shorter loop and so must have positive orientation.
