DXZ4 monomers within the tandem array in hg19 all had 5 tandem copies of the [GGGCC] repeat, between 11 and 19 tandem copies of the [CT] repeat and 8 to 12 tandem copies of the [TAAA] repeat (Table S1).
In the two RAD libraries, the most abundant type of repeat motifs was pentanucleotide repeat (Table 2).
Four genes that initially were categorized as positive hits in the first round did not repeat (Table S1).
Locus 6 (3 ) and locus 33 contain respectively a 56-bp and a 58-bp tandem repeat (Table 2).
Again, one possible combination is not found, and this is the pure CCG repeat (Table 1, Figure 1B).
The first columns repeat Table 1; the third gives the empirical results and whether those values match with the model of sharing or exchange.
We found that 15 (54%) of the 28 CNVs had at least one breakpoint terminating at an Alu repeat (Table 3; Figure 7).
One sample could not be analyzed further as the region of interest was not amplified in the repeat (Table S7, MUC164).
Ten loci, all in linkage equilibrium, were polymorphic and included a balance of different microsatellite repeat motifs: four dinucleotide repeats, three trinucleotide repeats, two tetranucleotide repeats, and one hexanucleotide repeat (Table 1).
