In New Jersey one of Garrido's former colleagues, Seth Daniels, incorporated the sales rep group as Wireless Evangelists, willing to serve as the national sales force for any firm developing wireless tools or services.
Representative isolates belonging to each rep group were subjected to 16S rDNA amplification and sequencing in order to identify the species.
Strain typing was carried out by rep fingerprinting (see Section 2) and the results are shown in Figure 7. Isolates displaying the same fingerprinting profile were assigned to a single rep group.
The Hopkins group, which included participants from the university and health system, gathered at the office of LGBTQ Life sporting flags, face paint, and other decorations to rep groups within the LGBTQ community that have been underrepresented in the past including the transgender, asexual, demisexual, and pansexual communities.
Only representative rep groups are shown in Figures 7(b) and 7(c).
Rep-PCR amplification identified 8 distinct rep groups, out of 28 isolates analyzed, at time point 0 h), while at L4 stage) and at 8 d) 8 rep groups, out of 40 isolates analyzed, and 3 rep groups, out of 34, were identified, respectively.
Correlations between the species and rep groups, as well as their distribution in the worm gut at different stages or at time point 0, are summarized in Table 2. Overall, we observed an equal distribution of L. delbrueckii, L. fermentum, and Leuc.

Using this approach we compared the levels of specific genomic features between the respective REP gene group and their corresponding NREP counterpart.
Genetic lineage fuscans, GL2, and GL3 are phylogenetically closely related and belong to rep-PCR group 9.6 whereas GL1 is distant and belongs to rep-PCR group 9.4 [ 2, 30, 54].
