The characterisation of the conformational dynamics of biomolecules from soluble PRE was first reported over thirty years ago.[ 45] PRE can report on conformational exchange in biomolecules and biomolecular complexes (e.g. domain reorientation, alternative binding modes, transient encounter complexes).
