The phrase "render off" is not commonly used in written English
It may be used in spoken language, particularly in certain dialects or informal settings, but it is not considered standard or formal usage. It is also not listed in most dictionaries. An example of the phrase being used in spoken language would be: "Can you help me render off these vegetables for the stew?" In this context, "render off" means to cook or cook down the vegetables until they are soft and have released their juices.
