Blood, obtained by cardiac puncture, and tumour tissues were rapidly removed, counted for F-radioactivity in a well counter (3" × 3" NaI (TI) crystal, Bicron 3MW3/3P, Bicron Inc., Newbury, Ohio, USA) and weighed.
