A higher frequency of single-exon genes, relative to multi-exon genes, are X→ relocations when compared with single- and multiexon A→ relocated genes (P < 0.005, F.E.T).
The relocation results are compared with background seismicity for 12 years from 2001 to 2012 (JUICE catalog, Yano et al. 2017).
It is thought that large populations of small chloroplasts in mesophyll cells are better adapted to such relocations within the cell compared with a cell with a small population of giant chloroplasts (Jeong et al., 2002; Koniger et al., 2008).
In general, the physical markers used in this study for chromosomes X and III of D. willistoni suggest an assignment of scaffolds in these chromosomes without major relocations of genomic content compared with those observed in the case of the Muller elements B and C.
L_RNA_scaffolder connections in 98 of these relocations were supported with more evidence compared with that for the reference genome (Additional file 3: Table S4 and Additional file 4: Table S5).
Indeed, after 8 h of CCCP treatment, only 11% of myc-HSJ1a(H31Q -positive cells sH31Q -positiveon of FLAG-Parkin(cells) to mitochondria, compared with 37% in cellshowedexprelocationc-HSJ1a(WT) (Fig. 3B).
However, there is a higher frequency of single-exon neo-X→ relocated genes in D. willistoni when compared with the number of single- and multi-exon A→ relocations (P < 0.05, F.E.T .. Therefore, the excess neo-X→ relocation in D. willistoni may be driven by excess neo-X→ retroposition relative to A→ retroposition.

Another difference can be observed at the level of lateral diffusion, which is significantly faster for GFP-KNOLLE than for PIN2-EGFP and, consistent with these findings, native KNOLLE displays fast lateral relocation in energy-inhibitor-treated late cytokinetic cell, when compared with native PIN2.
Our findings using the MD simulations demonstrate that in the presence of the mutations there is a relocation of the COOH-terminal region of factor VaKF and factor VaAA as compared with the wild-type cofactor molecule.
