The SNP success rate may be assessed in various ways and different SNP reliability thresholds may be used.
A total of 1,552 transcripts (14%) could not be clearly classified regarding their coding potential based on the selected reliability thresholds by both tools.
Consequently, we limited our analyses to only those variables that generated sufficient survey counts to ensure findings within the acceptable reliability thresholds.
For each outcome measure, table 4 shows the number of patients' ratings needed to achieve the 0.7 and 0.8 reliability thresholds, judged by authorities to represent minimum acceptable thresholds in postgraduate assessment settings.
The reliability estimates for rating consultations for different numbers of raters are shown in table 2. In the crude model, the commonly used reliability thresholds of 0.7 (modest), 0.8 (acceptable) and 0.9 (excellent) were achieved using two, three and seven raters, respectively.
Furthermore, although comparison of SNP success rates across studies is not clear-cut due to the peculiarities of SNPs discovery and SNP reliability thresholds used, our overall SNP success rate averaged 87% if measured by the percentage of SNP with call rate ≥ 95%, or 94% if measured by the proportion of SNPs with GeneTrain and GeneCall50 ≥ 0.4 (Table 3).

In other words, if multiple routes are available, we choose the most reliable route that satisfies the reliability threshold determined by the application.
It can be said that the route P is reliable if R(P) is greater than the reliability threshold, e.g. sensitive data needs more reliable route than other normal data.
Considering 0.75 the excellent reliability threshold (Fleiss), the measurements of both sides revealed a good reliability.
In this case, the reliability threshold for sensitive data could be R(P) > 0.9.
The resulting Pareto front examines how uncertainty reduces performance while maintaining a specified reliability threshold.
