By comparing country performance and by contrasting achievements in the relevant policy areas, this analysis offers strong recommendations on how advanced economies can contribute to fighting crime in developing countries – while simultaneously making their own systems stronger.

DPA is primarily focused on campaigns and initiatives that can help end the drug war, like organizing state-level marijuana ballot referenda or issuing reports in relevant policy areas.
The network should be based on such domestic centres as elementary units regulating and implementing the relevant policy in individual countries, using the best practices, stemming from the international cooperation taking into account e-health and the potential contribution of other relevant policy areas.
