Similar hierarchical decompositions are likely to be involved in (human) speech perception [3], where phonemes are known to constitute meaningful categories relevant for communication [4].
Other types of information would therefore appear more relevant for communication with the municipalities as well as for communication with the GPs.
The selected formulaic phrases are highly relevant for communication in everyday life (salutations, farewells, well-being, food) and their order of sequence can be found in a natural conversation.

Previous studies identified factors reported by palliative care patients, their relatives, GPs or end-of-life consultants as relevant for GP-patient communication in palliative care.
The results of our recent studies yielded three categories of factors reported to be relevant for GP-patient communication in palliative care: the availability of the GP for the patient, current issues that should be raised by the GP, and the GP anticipating various scenarios [ 6, 7].

We focused on P2 glomeruli, which are found in the medial and lateral domains of the OB [14], because they are responsive to urine volatiles [15], a prominent odor in the cages and one used by mice for communication relevant to social and sexual interactions [16], [17], [18].
Finally, self management was promoted by means of hand held booklets that included all relevant patient data, space for communication with hospital based specialists, as well as self-management measures agreed upon between doctor and patient.
