It is found that both isomers were deformed to the same structure after relaxation (see (5a) in Figure1).
In order to solve these problems, formulated as MILP models, we have developed approximate algorithm using Lagrangian relaxation (see Mikhalevich V.S. and Kouksa A.I., 1983).
The fast process is identical in character, both in time scale and non-exponentiality, to the relaxation seen in pure propylene glycol.
The mechanical relaxation seen by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) in the vicinity of the secondary crystal melting point shifts to higher temperatures as the neutralization level increases.
In sufficiently large networks, all correctly generated null models would exhibit zero assortativity, so any deviation of the green line from zero in Fig. 4 must reflect finite size effects or effects caused by slow relaxation (see 'Definition and generation of null models' in the Methods) during the randomisation process (or both).
Strikingly different results were obtained when using uncorrelated models of clock relaxation (see Additional file 1).
The decay of the memory effect with time indicates that the partial crystallization process (or resistance state) seems to be followed by relaxation (see Figure 1).
In these nerves, the stimulus for NO synthesis is usually the action potential-dependent opening of presynaptic N-type and/or other Ca2+ channels, with the resulting NO effecting smooth muscle relaxation (see review by Toda & Herman, 2005).
Conversely, when isolating cardiac myocytes from mouse hearts that were irradiated in vivo, we observed a conserved positive inotropic stress response with increased Ca transients and accelerated relaxation (see supplementary Fig. 1a c).
However, when α-toxin permeabilized MA where additionally pre-constricted with U46619/ l-NAME, 10 μmol/L LY83583 caused a small but significant relaxation (see Supplementary material online, Figure S2 ).
