However, we revised the relative configuration of the 14-OH group at C-14 in 9 as α-configured due to the cross-peak between H-5 and H-14 in the NOESY spectrum, and not as β-configured.

The NOESY cross-peaks of H-13/H3-17 and H-12/H3-16 were observed, suggesting the relative configuration of 4 to be 6R*, 9R*, 11R*, 12R*, 13R*, 14S* (Fig. 3).
