When we compared these phylogenic relationships with the classification proposed for the A. thaliana C1-2i subclasses, Group G1 comprised STZ/ZAT10 (gi.15217692), ZAT6 (gi.15237692) and AZF3 (genes239195) genes of A. thaliana, previously grouped in the C1-2iD subylass by Englbrecht et al.
