Patient perceptions of and satisfaction with care have become important indicators of the quality of services and the relationship of services to treatment outcomes.
As a result, client satisfaction has become the most important direct feedback to providers on the quality of services and the relationship of services to treatment outcomes for many health care organizations [ 2].
