Notably, rhIL-7 administration significantly shortened the time needed to achieve complete tumor rejection compared to the control group (Fig. 5D, 11.7 ± 0.4 days vs. 16.3 ± 0.8 days).
Moreover, a ≥50% MPA dose reduction was associated with a higher rate of rejection compared to full dose (38% vs 21%, respectively, P <.01).
