"reinforced implementation" is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It refers to a strengthened or intensified application or execution of something. It can be used in various contexts, such as in politics, business, or education. Example: The government's reinforced implementation of new laws resulted in a significant decrease in crime rates.
Effectiveness trials standardize the availability of the intervention in the study sample but do not go to extremes to reinforce implementation by providers or participation by patients.
