From the ROC curves shown in Figure 4(a) and supplementary Figure (a) we can see that DNA duplex stability alone can slightly improve the TF target gene prediction accuracy, and its performance can be remarkably improved by combining with other priors, such as conservation (Figure 4(c) and supplementary Figure (g)) or regulatory potential (Figure 4(b) and supplementary Figure (d)).
Under the first regulatory pattern (Row 1, Figure 1), we do two simulations.
Two simulations are performed under the second regulatory pattern (Row 2, Figure 1).
When we perform this analysis on our example of a simple regulatory network (figures 1, 2 and 3) we obtain the results shown in table 2. The transition probabilities associated to the simple regulatory network shown in table 1 allow us to build the Markov chain shown in figure 6.
To this end we concentrated our attention on the Myc TF and built a curated database of human mixed miRNA/TF FFLs having Myc as master regulator (Figure 1a) and characterized only by experimental supported regulatory connections (Figure 1b).
In contrast to the mutant Tm and cTnI pairings, the modification of the thin filament with cTnCG159D and cTnIR193H is modeled with a different distribution pattern and higher percentage of double mutant regulatory units (Figure 5C and D).
For each microRNA, the conservation scores (PhastCons scores), were retrieved for five genomic regions (Figure 6A): the 200-bp bin that contained the identified TSS, predicted regulatory regions (Figure 4A), 2,000-bp upstream of the regulatory region, 2,000-bp 2,000-bpam of the regulatory region, andownstream of randomly selecthe interegulatoryions.

The shared structural feature of these promoters is a short exon and large intron in the untranslated region (UTR) near the TSS, in addition to upstream regulatory modules (Figure 2, Table 1).
A major difference between Germany and England is that in Germany drugs are reimbursed immediately after regulatory approval (Figure 1) and irrespective of the outcome of the early benefit assessment while in England reimbursement depends on the outcome of the early assessment ("fourth hurdle").
